Just Sold Postcards - Template Setup
Our Just Sold Postcard add on includes data entry and management of the order process of 50 Just Sold Postcards with postage and a custom mailing list to the closest neighbors of the property.
This add on is $60.00* and is charged at closing. Once the property closes and payment is received your TC team will complete your postcard order.
* The price of $60 includes a $0.20 per postcard discount when adding the service onto a TME transaction management package. The regular price is $1.40 per postcard for a total of $70.00 for an order of 50.
